Holly Stoberski is running for Las Vegas Justice Court Dept. 4

Holly Stoberski’s legal journey began amidst the majestic landscapes of Colorado, where her family instilled in her a deep-seated commitment to hard work, education, and community service. Her academic prowess shone through at Colorado State University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree, earning accolades on the Dean’s List. Building on this foundation, Holly pursued her passion for law by obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Colorado and embarking on a career that would span over 25 years in Las Vegas.

Her legal career commenced as an insurance defense attorney, navigating complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Through perseverance and dedication, she ascended to managing partner, entrusted with opening, and overseeing the Las Vegas office of a distinguished Reno law firm. Known for her integrity and sharp legal acumen, Holly's stellar reputation led her to handle intricate disputes on a national and international scale, specializing in secured transactions, contract disputes, and forbearances.

In 2011, Holly’s unwavering commitment to the law was further recognized when she was appointed Justice of the Peace, pro tempore, by the Clark County Board of Commissioners. Her long-standing tenure as a Justice of the Peace, pro tempore, has been distinguished by meticulous adherence to legal principles, presiding over a wide array of cases from civil and criminal trials to specialty courts such as drug and domestic violence courts. Her role as a Justice of the Peace, pro tempore, expands across North Las Vegas and Henderson, solidifying her reputation for integrity, impartiality, and fair adjudication.

Beyond the courtroom, Holly has also contributed significantly to her community as an Administrative Appeal Hearing Officer for Clark County, addressing a spectrum of code and regulatory matters with diligence and fairness. She further champions local causes, notably having served as President of Heaven Can Wait Animal Society, advocating for animal welfare and spearheading legislative changes to protect vulnerable pets.

Holly’s personal life reflects her values of hard work and community service shared with her husband Mike, for three decades. Together, they advocate for charitable causes benefiting local families in crisis, veterans, and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Holly’s candidacy for Justice of the Peace for Department 4 embodies her strong work ethic, fairness, integrity, and a steadfast dedication to upholding the law and safeguarding the community – qualities that will undoubtedly make Las Vegas proud.
